Pineapple Coconut Smoothie

A smoothie with a tropical flavor is a great place to add in coconut water. This recipe calls for three cups of pineapple juice, and while it's delicious, it is also pretty high in sugar. Make it healthier by swapping out a cup and a half of pineapple juice for coconut water. It'll draw out that desired coconut flavor, and naturally cut down on the sugar content.
